Chicken trends have come and gone. No matter the latest drop or claim to fame, somehow every sandwich left us longing. Same bun. Same sauces. Same safe flavors.

We couldn’t help but wonder: Is this really all chicken can be?

You could say that question lit the proverbial fire. And because we’re from Buffalo, well — we know a thing or two about chicken. 

We started with what matters most: chicken tossed and fried in a better breading for crunch that goes the extra mile. Then, we crowned it with our favorite toppings — like tangy coleslaw and sock-it-to-me sauces — and served it up with new-school sides (think pickle fries that make even potatoes feel jealous.) We thoughtfully crafted a better sandwich and fixings.

And then it hit us, WAIT: What if the craft in Hencraft is actually a space craft? How do we know it’s not?? At that point, we probably should have had another sandwich, but instead, we doodled — and our signature Hencraft was born.

We’re not here to follow the crowd. We’re here to lead. And in Buffalo, when it comes to chicken, we’re really good at leading. At Hencraft, we do it bigger, better and bolder. And yes — our chicken is out of this world (you knew that was coming).
